Description
The LapSnapper Pro3 Transponder for Karting is a compact, durable, lightweight, and highly accurate transponder for precise lap time measurement. It is ideal for sports where the transponder can be installed at a maximum height of 13 cm when using a single LapSnapper Magnetic Strip 1.2 m or 18 cm when using a double LapSnapper Magnetic Strip 1.2 m or LapSnapper Magnetic Strip 1.2 m Strong—measured from the track surface to the transponder.
The LapSnapper Pro3 Transponder for Karting is designed to uniquely identify each kart, requiring a dedicated transponder for every vehicle. It accurately detects when a kart crosses the start/finish, calculating raw lap time data in real-time. This data is then transmitted via short-range wireless radio communication to the LapSnapper Decoder and LapSnapper Lap Timing Software for precise timing and analysis.
The LapSnapper Pro3 Transponder for Karting features a rugged enclosure, screw mounting holes, and included screws for secure installation. Built with high-quality, reliable electronics, it is protected against water and humidity, ensuring durability in various racing conditions. The transponder is powered by an internal coin cell battery, eliminating the need for charging or an external power supply.
The LapSnapper Transponder Holder for Karting v2 is an optional accessory, available separately, designed for secure and reliable mounting of the LapSnapper Pro3 Transponder for Karting to your kart. It ensures optimal transponder positioning and performance when used with the LapSnapper Lap Timing System for Karting.
